These changes in your body let you know your period is on it's way but you ignore them!

Prior to our menstrual cycles, a lot of hormonal changes happen in our bodies, and sometimes these changes manifest emotionally and physically in signs that we sometimes ignore. These are usually called Pre-menstrual syndrome(PMS). They vary in different girls. They occur in the body 1-2 weeks before the menstrual bleeding starts and they usually stop after the bleeding starts. Here is a list of the possible symptoms:
-Acne or pimples
-Tiredness
-Anxiety/depression
-Restlessness/trouble sleeping
-Swollen or tender breasts
-Night sweats
-Influenza
-Headache, back pain
-Upset stomach(bloating, constipation, or diarrhea)
-Appetite changes, food cravings or hunger
-Joint or muscle pain
-Difficulty in concentration
-Tension
-Irritability
-Mood swings or crying spells
-Cramps
-Dizziness
-Fever
-Chills
-Weight gain
-Itchiness/rashes
