To be heartbroken doesn’t necessarily mean a guy cheated on you or dumped you. Betrayal from a friend can make you heartbroken. Gossip, envy, jealousy from a friend can leave you heartbroken to the extent that you swear never to forgive them. To the extent that you hold grudges against them and promise yourself never to talk to them anymore. To the extent that you see them on the road and by pass them like you’ve never known them before. Life is lived once. Enjoy while you have the chance to. Life is too short to hold grudges against people. Did you know that the more you keep them in mind, the more it ruins you? Let nature take its course.  Let go of any hurt and you’ll find inner peace in you. When in pain, you take pain killers, they will only hide the pain but they don’t take it away. The best way to recover from pain is to endure it. Forgive them, we all know it’s not easy but try not for anything /anyone but for yourself. After all we need to feel pain so we know we are alive. Stop thinking of what you think you lost. Look forward to what you will gain.
